Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you email, message or book a call, we hold the contact details and the content of that conversation so we can reply and keep a record of what was agreed. If you become a client, we additionally hold the business details needed to build and maintain your site, plus billing information.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Where analytics are used, they are configured to record aggregate visit data without identifying individual visitors.

Why we hold it

To respond to enquiries, deliver services you have engaged us for, issue invoices, and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider is required to deliver the work — hosting, domain registration, email and payment processing — each of which receives only what that function needs.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, as required for financial record-keeping. You may ask us to delete anything not subject to that obligation.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to stop processing it. Write to davidho2206@gmail.com and we will respond within 21 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it and clients are notified by email.
