If a monthly relationship isn’t what you want, I’ll build the site once and hand it over. You get the same design and build work, and then you’re on your own — no maintenance, no edits, no search work.
It costs more up front and less over a year. Whether that’s the better deal depends entirely on whether anyone at your end is going to keep the site alive. I’d rather you chose this knowingly than end up on a retainer you resent.
Why a twelve-month term?
Because the build is included. A site that would normally cost RM8,000–15,000 up front is folded into the monthly fee — the term is what makes that arithmetic work rather than a lock-in tactic. It also matches reality: SEO and AI visibility take months to compound, and a three-month commitment would produce a report instead of a result. After twelve months it’s month to month.
Do I own my website?
At the end of the twelve-month term, yes — the site is fully yours to keep, code and content, and I transfer the domain with it at no charge. During the term it is built, hosted and maintained as part of the retainer rather than sold to you outright. I would rather state that plainly than bury it: what you are buying month to month is a site that is built, run and grown for you, and it becomes yours to walk away with once the term completes.
What if I just want a website and nothing ongoing?
Then a one-time build from RM4,999 is the honest option, and I’ll quote that instead of pushing you onto a retainer you don’t want. It costs you more up front and you’re on your own afterwards — but for some businesses that’s genuinely the right shape.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Hosting, domain management, SSL and unlimited edits to existing pages are inside the monthly fee. The only things charged separately are the add-ons listed above, and you’ll always know the price before any of them start.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in either direction. Moving up starts the additional work the following month. Nothing gets rebuilt or re-bought — the tiers add on top of the same foundation.
What if I need something urgently?
Say so. Turnaround targets are the commitment, not the ceiling — genuinely urgent things get handled the same day where I can. There is no surcharge for a normal amount of urgency.
