WhatsApp is the fastest and what most clients use. Email works equally well if you prefer a written trail. Screenshots with scribbles on them are genuinely fine.

These are commitments, not ceilings. Small changes usually go live the same day regardless of plan. If something is genuinely urgent, say so in the message and it jumps the queue — there’s no surcharge for that.
Your monthly report.
Sent by email in the first week of each month. It covers what changed on the site, what moved in search, and how you’re showing up in AI answers if that’s part of your plan.
If a number in it doesn’t make sense, ask. A report you can’t interpret is a report I’ve written badly.
