Built in about three weeks. Looked after every month after that.

This is the whole offer in one page: the build and the care are one thing, not two products. That’s the part agencies and freelancers both get wrong.

A website is not a deliverable. It’s a thing that has to keep being true.

Prices change. Staff leave. You add a service. A photo goes out of date. Google changes how it reads pages. None of that is unusual — it’s just what happens to a business over a year.

The usual arrangement handles none of it. You pay a large one-off fee, the site launches looking excellent, and then the person who built it moves on to their next project. Six months later you’re emailing someone who takes a week to reply about changing a phone number.

Here the build is simply the first month. After it, the same person who made the site keeps it accurate, fast and findable — and you keep paying the same number you were already paying.

Three weeks, four moves.

No discovery phase that bills for six weeks of meetings. The efficiency isn’t a trick — it’s the absence of five people needing to be kept in sync.

Week 0

The call

Thirty minutes. What the business does, who buys, what the site has to make happen. If I’m not the right fit I say so on this call, not after you’ve paid.

Week 1

Structure & words

Sitemap, page-by-page structure, and the actual copy. Words first — design decisions made against real sentences hold up; ones made against placeholder text don’t.

Week 2

Design & build

Design and build happen together, in the browser, not as a static mockup you have to imagine moving. You see the real thing on a preview link as it goes up, and you get two rounds of changes — enough to get it right, bounded enough to finish.

Week 3

Launch

Technical SEO, schema, analytics, forms, speed pass, mobile pass. Domain pointed, site live. Then the retainer takes over.

Then it just keeps running.

  • Unlimited edits to existing pages. The two-round cap applies to the build only; once you’re live it’s gone. Send changes however you like — WhatsApp is fine.
  • Turnaround you can plan around. One to three working days, depending on the plan.
  • Hosting, domain and SSL handled. No separate invoices, no renewal you forget.
  • Monitoring and fixes. If something breaks, I find it before you do.
  • Ongoing technical SEO. Not a one-time setup that decays.
  • A monthly report. Plain language: what changed, what it did.
  • One person who answers. No ticket queue, no account manager relaying messages.
What counts as an “edit”?

Any change to a page that already exists — new copy, swapped images, updated prices, a new team member, a changed opening time. Unlimited, at your plan’s turnaround. Entirely new pages are RM200 each, because those are new design and writing work rather than maintenance.

What happens if I want to leave?

After the twelve months it’s month to month — cancel any time, and the site is yours to keep. I hand over the files and transfer the domain at no charge. Leaving mid-term is possible too, but the balance of the twelve months settles first, because that balance is what paid for the build.

How many rounds of changes do I get during the build?

Two, and they are proper rounds rather than a single note each. That limit exists so the build stays finishable — an unbounded revision promise at this price is how a project quietly becomes unprofitable and then becomes slow. Once the site is live the limit disappears entirely: edits to existing pages are unlimited for as long as you are on the retainer. The cap is on building it, not on keeping it right.

Why is the build included instead of charged separately?

Because a build charged separately creates the wrong incentive. If I’ve already been paid for the build, my interest in the site ends at launch. Folding it into the retainer means I only make sense as a business if the site keeps working for you.

Can you work with my existing site?

Usually yes, if it’s on a platform I can properly maintain. Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding costs less than working around what’s there. I’ll tell you which on the call.

Want to know what your site would actually cost?

Thirty minutes, no deck, no pressure. I’ll tell you straight whether I’m the right fit.
